Return & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy about your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the item(s). 

  1. Items may be returned for a full refund if the return is made within 10 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

In order to initiate a return or exchange please follow the steps below: 

  • You must obtain a return authorization # by sending an e-mail to info@lolajewellers.com
  • Item must be placed in its original package
  • Item tag must be attached to the item
  • Shipping charges should be prepaid
  • Shipment must be insured

Items are subject to inspection before a refund/exchange is processed.

We reserve the right to make changes to our refund/return and exchange policy.
