Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy about your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the item(s).
- Items may be returned for a full refund if the return is made within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Items may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
In order to initiate a return or exchange please follow the steps below:
- You must obtain a return authorization # by sending an e-mail to info@lolajewellers.com
- Item must be placed in its original package
- Item tag must be attached to the item
- Shipping charges should be prepaid
- Shipment must be insured
Items are subject to inspection before a refund/exchange is processed.
We reserve the right to make changes to our refund/return and exchange policy.
