Sit down with our expert designers—either in person or virtually—to share your ideas, inspirations, and style preferences. Don’t have a clear idea? No problem! We’ll help you explore possibilities.

Step 2

Explore the Design

Use our exclusive magnetic kit to experiment with over 100 design combinations for your dream engagement ring: mix and match bands, gemstones, and settings to create your perfect starting point. For other custom pieces, we would love to see any references you may have. Or we’d be happy to sketch out your ideas!

Step 3

Digital Design (CAD)

Once we finalize your concept, our designers create a detailed Computer-Aided Design (CAD) rendering of your jewellery. This digital design allows you to see every detail and make adjustments before the actual production begins.

Step 4

Wax Model Creation

We craft a 3D wax model of your jewellery, allowing you to see and feel your design in real life.

Step 5

Crafting Your Piece

Our master artisans bring your design to life using the finest materials and expert craftsmanship. Every gemstone is hand-selected, set, and polished, with every detail carefully executed.

Step 6

Final Review & Delivery

After rigorous quality checks, your jewellery is ready to be presented. We’ll review the final product with you to ensure it’s perfect before delivery.

We are based in Mississauga, Ontario, and proudly serve customers Canada-wide. However, our primary focus is the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Kitchener, Guelph, and Cambridge.

How do I work with you if I’m outside the GTA?

We offer virtual consultations and provide secure shipping to your location. For international clients, we assess shipping on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate your needs.

We specialize in gold, platinum, silver, and a variety of gemstones, including diamonds, birthstones, and rare stones. If you’re looking for something specific that we don’t happen to have on hand for a special gift or project, we would be happy to source it for you!

Do you work with existing, heirloom, and/or sentimental pieces?

Yes, we specialize in remodeling and repurposing heirloom jewellery. Whether incorporating a family gemstone or modernizing a cherished piece, we’ll help preserve its sentimental value while creating a fresh, unique design.

What happens if I don’t know exactly what I want?

That’s okay! Our expert designers are here to help. During your consultation, we’ll explore your style, preferences, and inspirations. We can also arrange a meeting where you can experiment with various combinations using a magnetic kit that allows you to mix and match bands, stones, and settings to visualize your options.

How do I care for my custom jewellery?

We’ll always provide specific care instructions for your piece. In general,we recommend regular cleaning and safe storage to keep your jewellery looking its best. Our team offers a range of care services to restore your piece’s brilliance, including professional cleaning, polishing, and maintenance.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your item. We would be happy to offer you either an exchange or store credit. Please note that all items must be in their original condition upon return for them to be exchanged or to receive credit.
